If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days following receipt for replacement, merchandise credit or refund, less any applicable shipping and handling charges. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and, when applicable, shipping fees charged at time of purchase may not be refundable. Please note that all returned items must be returned in new condition in original packaging and contain your invoice or receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.
How do I return under my warranty agreement?
If your purchase is outside of the 30-day window stated above, we are unable to provide a refund, however, we will replace the candles as long as they are still under warranty. Please review the warranty details for information about the warranty length for each of our candle lines. If a candle is outside of warranty, we will do our best to assist where we can, but you may be responsible for more, if not all, of the costs of replacement. Contact us for more details.
