If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days following receipt for replacement, merchandise credit or refund, less any applicable shipping and handling charges. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and, when applicable, shipping fees charged at time of purchase may not be refundable. Please make sure to return your item to the correct return address listed below to avoid any handling charges.
How do I return my item(s)?
Please contact our customer service at (480) 264-3350 within 30 days purchase and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. After you have contacted our customer service to notify them of your return, they will provide you with a return authorization form to include with your items. Please note that all returned items must be returned in new condition in original packaging and contain your invoice or receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.
How do I return under my warranty agreement?
If your purchase is outside of the 30-day window stated above, we are unable to provide a refund, however, we will replace the candles as long as they are still under warranty. Please review the warranty details for information about the warranty length for each of our candle lines. If a candle is outside of warranty, we will do our best to assist where we can, but you may be responsible for more, if not all, of the costs of replacement. Contact us for more details.
