International Sales Terms & Conditions
Pricing and Payment Forms Accepted
All pricing is quoted in United States Dollars ($). Payment for all international orders must be pre-paid via credit card or wire transfer. No checks are accepted.
Minimum Order Requirements
The Amazing Flameless Candle requires a minimum order of $1,500 per shipping address for international orders. Orders under the $1,500 minimum will not be covered under The Amazing Flameless Candle's standard warranty guidelines.
Customs, Freight, Duties and Taxes
All customs clearance, duty, local taxes, and local handling fees associated with shipment’s destinations outside of the USA will be the responsibility of the customer and will be payable at destination.
Customers outside the United States that purchase a minimum order value of $1,500 will qualify for all standard associated product warranties. Customers outside of the United States that purchase less than $1,500 will be required to pay all customs clearance, duty, local taxes, and local handling fees associated with shipment’s to our corporate office, and back to you.
For all shipments of product outside the contiguous US, TAFC reserves the right to request the international customer provide us a freight forwarder contact of their choosing to ensure that the import, duty collection process and final delivery is as seamless and timely as possible.
If a customer declines or does not have access to a freight forwarding service, TAFC is willing to assist by managing the shipment with our preferred network of shipping providers.
If this option is selected, TAFC assumes no liability for any additional costs related to shipping/duties/fees/surcharges incurred. Customer also agrees that any and all liability for lost, delayed, partial delivery or damaged product falls upon the customer and that TAFC will not accept any returns on products shipped using this method.
